Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and value your business. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To assist you in these situations, we have established the following Refund and Returns Policy.

Refund Period:

We have a 14 day return Period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Digital Items:

Please note that digital items, such as eBooks and audiobooks, are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of digital goods. If you have any technical issues with the BookFunnel app, or if you didn't receive the ebook/audiobook download, please email [email protected]

Personalized Items:

Personalized items cannot be returned. They can be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged Items We Sell At Discount:

Sometimes we receive inventory that is slightly misprinted or damaged. We may decided to put these items on our site with CLEAR labels indicating that the product is damaged and what the damage is. These Items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All sales of these items are finial.

General Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.

Return Process:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and a photo showing the condition of the item.
